The small Caribbean island of St. Kitts really is a little known tropical paradise, enjoying an average yearly temperature of around 80 degrees Celsius.

Its stable democratic government pursues a policy of encouraging overseas investment through a number of tax incentives. As an offshore financial centre, St Kitts is one of the world's major tax havens and offers a full range of banking and financial facilities.

Tourism has seen considerable growth in recent years, and direct flights from the UK, USA and Canada make owning property in St. Kitts an attractive investment proposition as well as a great place to escape to!

The St. Christopher Club development is situated on Frigate Bay Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean, just opposite the Royal St. Kitts Golf Course.

The apartments are 2 bedroom; ground floor units are priced from US$279,000 and first floor units from US$299,000.  A limited number of top floor penthouses are also available - please contact us for prices.

As of early 2006 construction of Building 1 has been completed and Building 2 is nearly finished. Construction of Building 3 is scheduled to commence in March 2006, and reservations are now being accepted on properties in this phase of the development.

When completed, the 9 acre St. Christopher Club will boast a wide range of facilities including a residents' swimming pool, on-site Italian restaurant, boutiques and shops, tennis courts, beach bar, a seventy-room hotel and casino.

The developers of the St. Christopher Club also offer an on-site rental/management programme for those owners wanting to let out their property when they are not using it themselves. As a guide to rental income, a 2-bedroom property can typically be let out as follows:
