Plot Purchase Information
  1. The plots are freehold with outline planning permission for one family home subject to the Indenture of Conveyance, (size and position limitations).
  2. The plots can be purchased either outright or on terms – 25% deposit and 60 monthly repayments at 9.9% pa interest. These terms can be paid off early with no financial penalty.
  3. A FULLY REFUNDABLE 10% deposit will hold the plot for 28 DAYS.
  4. Most plots are approximately ¼ acre in size, some are larger.
  5. All plots will have ELECTRICITY, CITY WATER AND TELEPHONE  guaranteed when building starts.
  6. When a home has been completed the owner will have the option of joining the February Point Club and enjoy the use of all it’s facilities at a special rate.
  7. Stamp duty payable on these plots will be split evenly between the purchaser and vendor.  This is between 4% and 6% depending on cost. (4% up to $65,000, 6% above $65,000, and up to $150,000)
  8. Service charges on each plot have initially been set at $300 per annum.
  9. The entrance from The Queens Highway will be landscaped immediately to suit the proposed environment.
  10. When purchasing on terms, you will have the right, before deeding is registered in Nassau, to exchange your plot for another one in the Flamingo Bay area, provided it is of the same value or greater and belongs to the vendor’s of your plot.
  11. The entrance to Regatta Ridge is approximately half a mile from the entrance to February Point and about a mile from George Town.
  12. The purchaser’s legal fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser and the vendor’s legal fees the responsibility of the vendor.
